We had a great experience, staff were all lovely and super friendly. Rooms are a good size. WiFi is good. Location of the hotel is great, right next to the beach but far enough away from Ashford AVE where all the bars and restaurants are so you can sleep at night, but close enough for you to walk there for dinner.

The staff were very helpful any time we needed assistance. And the restaurant food was amazing! So glad to see the improvements made from last year when the hotel was under construction.

Room was super clean, sufficient very clean towels, very comfortable bed and great bedding which made it even more comfortable for sleep. We had access to a very nice swimming pool. Everything at breakfast was delicious.

Staff was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to requests. Great location. Great price for the area. The shower was spotless. Water was hot. Loved that the room had a table and chairs, and also an outdoor balcony. The provided breakfast was adequate. Swimming pool at the property next door looked very nice. And they offered luggage hold service.

The hotel is no lo longer called canario by the lagoon. Is on renovation so they let me stay in the hotel called Abittad...right next door wich are know the owner.. Is was just excellent. Everything is new and clean. There's a beautiful lady called ivette in front desk wich is so nice. Just so sweet trying to make your stay a beautiful experience. Thank you Ivette. All the personal deserve 5 stars. Definitely Would come back. Yours Bruny

The location is very close to many shops and restaurants of the Condado Beach and near where my friend was staying. I loved our mini-suite and outdoor terrace. The city bus to Viejo San Juan is conveniently located across the street (Ashford Avenue) and inexpensive way to go.

Staff extremely helpful, answered all of our questions regarding locations that we wanted to visit. Greeted us every morning upon departure and every evening after our return. Our rooms were cleaned and freshened up daily.
